🎓 RIDE Institute accompanies PTIT Bootcamp: Spreading innovative thinking in training young leaders
Within the framework of the program “Young Leaders in the Digital Age” organized by the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology, RIDE Institute was honored to participate as a panelist at the opening ceremony on July 16 and teach the Design Thinking topic on July 17.
Design Thinking – Design thinking for the digital transformation era
Within the framework of the PTIT Bootcamp program, RIDE Institute directly taught the topic "Design Thinking - Solution design thinking in digital transformation", helping students approach a creative thinking method, closely linked to business practices.
Not stopping at theory, the class emphasizes the most important first step in the Design Thinking process: Empathize. Here, students are guided to use the Empathy Map tool to observe, listen, and put themselves in the user's shoes to deeply understand their needs, emotions, and behaviors.
Using Empathy Map not only helps students systematize observation data, but also creates conditions for them to exchange multi-dimensional perspectives, initially building critical thinking skills and designing solutions from the root of the problem.
The classroom atmosphere was lively, many groups showed creativity, innovative thinking and the desire to apply this method to real-life situations and future work.
