The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) has just completed a 2-day intensive training course on the application of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), taught by the RIDE Institute exclusively for staff and lecturers.

The course is an important part of RIDE's efforts to accompany PTIT in promoting strong digital transformation, improving the capacity to apply advanced technology in teaching and administrative management activities. Although the course lasted for 2 days, everyone enthusiastically discussed with the lecturer about practical AI applications in daily work.

The training course provided practical knowledge and skills on exploiting the power of online AI generation tools, including practicing prompting for common tasks, learning popular large language models (LLM) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, and applying advanced AI techniques such as Zero-shot, One-shot, Few-shot, Multi-shot and Chain of Thought Prompting. In particular, students were also given detailed instructions on how to identify and avoid the "hallucination" phenomenon of AI to ensure accurate and reliable information during the application process.
